Final verdict
Udemy has its place: it is cheap, and a reasonable way to sample a topic before committing to it properly. But by its own admission it is not accredited, it does not include official exams, and there is no tutor, no live labs, and no recruitment support behind any of its courses. It was never built to take someone from no experience to a new career.
