Build a structured project-management foundation
The programme combines PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner with Change Management Foundation and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Foundation introduces the method; Practitioner develops its application to project situations. The two PRINCE2 exams are included.
Think about evidence from your existing work: organising a deadline, communicating with stakeholders, managing a handover or identifying a risk. These experiences can help you explain why you are moving into project work.
Prepare for a realistic first role
Project support, coordinator and junior project roles can provide an entry point. A certification does not replace experience, and a senior project-manager title is not an automatic outcome. The programme includes simulated project work and recruitment support to help you prepare.
