What we train

Every course below is an accredited, exam-based qualification. Tell us the roles you are staffing and we will suggest the bundle; you can mix subjects across one team.

Project management

PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner (PeopleCert), AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner (APMG International), Change Management Foundation and Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Official PRINCE2 exam vouchers are always included in the price. PRINCE2 training is delivered by Insights, with dedicated tutor support provided by Insights-approved trainers. AgilePM exam inclusion is stated in the quote.

IT support and networking

CompTIA Tech+, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Amazon AWS Cloud Practitioner. The right order for a beginner is A+, then Network+, then a vendor track.

Cyber security

Microsoft SC-900, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA PenTest+, EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker, and for senior staff CISSP and CISM. Security+ and CySA+ are the two most employers ask for first.

Data and AI

The Data Analyst route for staff moving into reporting and analysis, and an AI fundamentals route for teams that need to use the tools safely rather than build them.

    Online, self-paced, on any device. Learners study around the working week on our learning platform; nobody is taken off site.

    UK tutors. Every learner can reach a tutor for course and exam questions. Our cyber tutors are on the About page under their own names.

    A mentor for each learner. Study planning, deadlines and the nudge when someone goes quiet, so completion does not depend on willpower alone.

    Progress reporting for managers. Who has started, who is on track, who has passed, in one report, as often as you want it.

Team pricing depends on the number of learners, the courses chosen; official exam vouchers are always included for PeopleCert courses, so we quote it rather than list it. Tell us the roles and the numbers on a 15-minute call and we come back with a written quote, a suggested course order and start dates. There is no minimum team size.

Start with one. If you would rather see it before you commit a team, put one person through the course first on the single-learner price. You get the same tutors, the same platform and the same progress report for that one learner, and you decide about the rest when you have seen it.

Common questions

Can one team take different courses?

Yes. A team bundle can mix project management, IT and cyber security; each learner gets their own plan and the manager gets one report.

Are the exams included?

Where the course page says the exam is included, it is included in the team price however you pay. All PeopleCert courses always include the official exam voucher in the price. Any optional exams for other courses are identified in the quote.

How long does a learner have?

Access periods are set per course and shown in the quote, and learners study at their own pace around work.

Do you train on site?

Training is delivered online. If your team needs scheduled live sessions with a tutor, ask and we will quote for it.
