Credentials and evidence

Every claim on this site, and the proof behind it.

Career training is an industry with a lot of noise in it, and a lot of numbers that nobody sources. So rather than ask you to take our word for anything, this page sets out each claim we make, the evidence behind it, and a way to check it yourself without going through us.

Section one

Who we are and how we are registered

Four registrations govern how we operate, how we can offer payment plans and how we handle your data. All four sit on public registers you can search without asking us for anything.

We are a registered UK company Not a trading name with nothing behind it

Course 2 Career is the trading name of Course Correct Ltd, incorporated in England and Wales in September 2021, with its registered office in Stepney, London. Our accounts, filing history and directors are all public record.

Course Correct Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Social Money Ltd, trading as Dopple, company number 08054296, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We introduce you to the lender. We are not the lender, and we do not make the credit decision.

Your data is registered and handled lawfully We are on the ICO register of data controllers

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. Our privacy policy sets out what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.

ICO register You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time.
Card payments are handled securely We do not process or store your card details ourselves

Card payments are handled by regulated payment providers, not by pages we control. We hold PCI DSS compliance certification through SecurityMetrics, and you can request a copy of the certificate from us directly.

Our reviews are independent We do not host, edit or moderate them

Our reviews sit on Trustpilot, not on a page we control. We cannot delete a negative review. Read the critical ones alongside the positive ones, because both are part of an honest picture, and the critical ones will tell you more about whether we are right for you.

Section two

We do not award our own qualifications

Every certification built into a Course2Career programme is set and awarded by one of the bodies below. That is deliberate. It means the qualification is worth the same whether you study with us or with anyone else, and an employer knows exactly what it represents.

CompTIAVendor neutral certification

The world's leading vendor neutral IT certification body. Qualifications include ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, PenTest+, Data+ and DataX. Vendor neutral means the skills apply across employers and technologies rather than one company's products.

Used in: IT Support, Network Engineer, Cyber Security, SOC Analyst, Data Analyst, AI

EC-CouncilOffensive and defensive security

A leading certification body for offensive and defensive cyber security skills, best known for the credentials used by penetration testers and security analysts internationally.

Used in: Cyber Security, SOC Analyst

MicrosoftCertified partner training

Microsoft certifications including Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), covering the cloud and productivity platforms used by the majority of UK employers.

Used in: Cyber Security, with relevance across IT and Data

CiscoNetworking Academy

The global standard bearer for networking certification, from foundational networking concepts through to enterprise infrastructure.

Used in: Network Engineer

(ISC)²Information security body

A globally respected non profit cyber security membership body, known for setting rigorous standards for entry level and professional security certification.

Used in: Cyber Security, SOC Analyst

PeopleCert and APMGProject and change management

The awarding bodies for PRINCE2, ITIL, AgilePM and Change Management. Examinations are sat with the awarding body directly, not with us, so the result is independent of our involvement.

Used in: PRINCE2 Project Management, AgilePM Project Manager

Every exam on our programmes is sat with the awarding body or its approved test centre, never with us. We cannot influence your result, and no certification we deliver depends on our opinion of you.

Section three

What these roles actually pay

Training adverts have a habit of quoting the top of the market as though it were the starting point. Below are the independently published UK figures, with the source and date for each one, so you can check them and so you know how current they are.

Role UK median Lower end Source
IT Support Technician £28,500 Entry level roles typically £25,000 to £28,000 ITJobsWatch, permanent vacancies, six months to 10 July 2026
IT Technician £29,500 Entry level roles typically £25,000 to £28,000 ITJobsWatch, permanent vacancies, six months to 27 July 2026
IT Support (broader roles) £32,500 10th percentile around £21,000 to £26,000 ITJobsWatch, permanent vacancies, six months to 21 July 2026
Network Engineer £55,000 10th percentile £31,875 ITJobsWatch, permanent vacancies, six months to 14 January 2026
Roles citing cyber security skills £60,000 Bottom 10% around £30,000, most roles £40,000 to £79,000 ITJobsWatch, permanent vacancies, six months to 6 July 2026
Cyber Security Analyst Around £41,500 Analyst roles are the common entry point into security Glassdoor UK earnings data, 2026
Data Analyst Around £37,500 A common entry point into data careers Glassdoor UK earnings data, 2026

Three things worth saying plainly about these numbers

A median is not a starting salary. Half of all advertised roles pay less than the median figure. If you are moving into IT with no prior experience, the realistic first role sits at the lower end, and the median becomes achievable with a couple of years behind you.

London distorts everything. London base salaries typically run well above the national figure for the same role. If you are outside the South East, work from the lower column.

Certification improves your chances of being considered. It does not on its own set your pay. What you earn depends on your prior experience, your location, the sector and the employer. Anyone telling you a course guarantees a specific salary is telling you something they cannot know.

Project management is different from the roles above. PRINCE2 and AgilePM are most often used to formalise and evidence experience someone already has, rather than to enter the field from scratch, so we would rather discuss your background before quoting you a figure.

Section four

What each programme costs, in full

One price per programme, inclusive of VAT. It covers your course materials, tutor support and the examination vouchers listed on your enrolment email. There is no separate registration fee and no charge to access tutor support.

Programme Total price Awarding bodies Access period
IT Support Technician£1,095CompTIA12 months
Network Engineer£1,799CompTIA, Cisco12 months
Data Analyst£1,799CompTIA12 months
Cyber Security Technician£1,899CompTIA, Microsoft, EC-Council, (ISC)²12 months
AI Career Programme£2,499CompTIA12 months
PRINCE2 Project Management£2,695PeopleCert, APMG6 or 12 months
AgilePM Project Manager£2,695APMG6 or 12 months
SOC Analyst£3,499CompTIA, EC-Council, (ISC)²12 months

The costs people are usually surprised by, listed here rather than buried

Access expires. Course access and exam entitlement run for 12 months from the date your login details are issued, unless a different period was agreed at enrolment. Extensions are available on most courses for an additional fee. If you think 12 months may not be realistic for your circumstances, tell us before you enrol and not after.

Missed instalments. A missed payment on an instalment plan incurs a £15 fee.

Rescheduling a booked exam. Rescheduling a booked project management exam costs £50. Inside 10 days of the exam date, the awarding body's own charges apply and can be up to the full exam fee.

Exam price rises. Exam fees are charged at the price applicable when you ordered. If an awarding body raises its fee before you book, you cover the difference.

Booking an exam requires your balance to be settled. Exams cannot be booked while an account is in arrears, and on our internal payment plans the balance must be paid in full before booking.

Section five

Our job guarantee, stated exactly as it works

This is the claim most worth reading carefully, on our site and on anyone else's. Here is precisely what ours commits us to, taken from our terms and conditions rather than paraphrased from an advert.

What we commit to

Once you have passed all internal exams and the included certification exams for your programme, you gain access to our recruitment service. Our Recruitment Advisors provide a professional CV review, LinkedIn profile guidance, interview preparation and ongoing career support. If you meet all the conditions below and have not secured a job offer within one year of your first consultation call with your Recruitment Advisor, we continue providing recruitment support and career coaching until you secure a relevant role.

The conditions you have to meet

  • Pass all internal and certification exams, unless otherwise stipulated, on your first attempt and within six months of registering with us.
  • Take an active part in the job search, work with our Recruitment Team and apply for roles consistently.
  • Behave professionally, accept reasonable job offers and meet employer expectations.
  • Have a clean professional record and no criminal history that could affect your employability.
  • Have been a UK resident for at least five years, with a strong command of English.
  • Have paid your programme in full, or kept every instalment payment on time.
  • Be willing to commute up to 30 miles, or 90 minutes, for a role.

What this guarantee is, in plain terms

It is a commitment to keep supporting your job search, not a cash refund and not an offer of employment. If you reach a year without a job offer and you have met the conditions, we keep working with you. We do not write you a cheque, and we want you to know that before you enrol rather than discover it afterwards.

We are not your employer and we cannot compel anyone to hire you. If we refer you to a recruitment partner, we cannot guarantee you an interview or an offer. Roles are subject to the employer's own process, which may include background checks.

The pass on first attempt condition is a real condition. Failing a certification exam at the first attempt affects your eligibility. Ask us how that has been applied in practice before you enrol, and hold us to the answer.

Read clause 12 of our terms in full. If anything a member of our sales team tells you differs from what is written there, the written terms are what govern your contract. Ask for anything you have been promised verbally to be confirmed in writing.

If this reads as more heavily qualified than you expected from a job guarantee, that is because most job guarantees in this industry are conditional support commitments rather than refund promises, including ours. We would rather you knew that from this page than from a dispute.

Section six

Cancelling, and complaining

Including the routes that go over our heads, because you should not have to hunt for those.

Your cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the date the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Email us at the address below within that period and before you have accessed the learning platform.

The point most people miss: once you log into the platform, the digital service is treated as having begun and the programme becomes non refundable. If you are undecided, do not log in yet. Ask us your remaining questions first. We would rather answer them than take an enrolment you regret.

If you are on a payment plan, cancelling participation does not cancel the payment obligation. The full programme price remains payable. Please read that sentence twice before enrolling on a plan.
