Develop an agile approach to project delivery
AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner form the core of this programme, alongside Change Management Foundation and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Study how teams plan and deliver work when requirements evolve, and practise explaining decisions in project scenarios. The two AgilePM exams are included.
